Add ability to carry friendly soldiers
If a soldier loses both his legs, they'll be lost if the mission requires a rally point. Would be nice if you could order one of your other soldiers to carry friendly soldiers to avoid that happening.

Was a nice Xcom 1994 feature :)

I agree too, it's a mess...

Agree! I did a citadel mission recently where my Priest have been shot multiple time by a Triton with paralyzing gun. I was ready to evac but, instead, I had to wait 15 extra turn for the guy to be able to move. Meanwhile, the Tritons with paralyzing guns kept spawning so I had to set an overwatch cordon to make sure I was able to complete the mission

I agree, losing legs or after enemy using paralyzing weapons.
Phase Two diplomacy mission for New Jericho(last one before Allied) is paradigm of this issue,
you face 6 Snipers using Athena and Hera , or a mix with Aspida vehicles
it’s hard to avoid a paralyzed soldier, and after killing every Synd soldier you have to “end turn” so many times, so boring

Or as annoying as it is put a lower limit on movement of 1-3 squares. so they can get out but it might just take a long time. I have had this happen multiple times and its super frustrating.

Or like in Xcom when your soldier ran out of health points and there was a certain chance that he would die or become "passed out and bleeding. Then you could carry him back to the base with another soldier.

A soldier at that point has a reduced movement, but not 0.
Still, a way to improve speed by having another soldier carry him/her would be important.
Not only that, this would also be handy with soldiers that have few wp and a high virus count, making them panic every 2nd round...

@Rogier van Vugt
: For constantly-panicking soldiers, you could do what XCOM 2: Long War 2 mod did and add to Medkits the ability to "Sedate" soldiers. A sedated soldier is knocked unconscious and can be carried by allied soldiers.
Of course, then you'd run into questions about why you couldn't do that to enemies, so I dunno. Just occurred to me.
