Mind Controlling Siren Should Remove Its Mind Control

How can a Siren that is under my mind control still control one of my units? This "bug" was reported in the forum back in Dec. 19.

Danforth Update - v 1.0.58746 - 11/06/2020
Status Effect Interactions
Mind controlling a Siren removes its mind control of other characters.
Sirens and Priest units will lose mind control of all units as soon as they become dazed or paralyzed.

Vit Barta: that's great to hear, thanks

Disabling the sirens head should release the mind control. And one siren should only be able to control one target at a time. Basically one mind control per mind control organ

In the next patch, we will fix/improve status effect interactions.
One of the changes will be that Mind controlling a Siren will remove its mind control of other characters.

Trying to understand how to remove mind control in any way is very unintuitive. Panicing, mind controlling, killing or forcing the siren to 0 WP should all instantly end the mind control on your turn. There should also be a small chance when taking damage of mind control ending. The range mechanics associated with mind control are also a little confusing or just poorly shown in the UI.

Ollie Carson: We will also address this. Sirens and priests will lose mind control of all units as soon as they become dazed, paralyzed or panicked.

Obviously you all have far more experience in game developping than me, but just from reading this post, I want to issue a note of caution:
Obviously it is irritating that the Siren mindcontroll does not end after it/her getting mindcontrolled and that should be adressed. But the way the mindcontroll currently works - it massively lowers the will points of the siren - she will almost always be in immediate danger to being mindcontrolled herself. Since Siren's tend to run around and frenzy nearby enemies, it is currently very likely that she has almost no / low will points after mindcontrolling a PP soldier. This already makes her pretty susceptible for getting mindcontrolled by a priest next turn. If her/it being controlled would now end the mindcontroll, that would render her mindcontroll ability a weakness.
1st. This would overpower the priest and make him mandatory to be on every squad. He cannot just capture units for containment and mindcontroll, but he would excell at breaking mindcontroll by immediately riposte-mindcontroll the will-point drained Siren.
2nd. Players would be encouraged to bait the Siren into mindcontroll to lower her willpoints, rendering it defenseless and to mind-controll her in turn, cause hey: Free siren.
3rd. If all the other effects (daze, etc.) also end mindcontroll the Siren might just fall down the ladder from the most fearsome enemy on the battlefield to being one of the least worrysome. After all, most of them don't have a ranged attack and with the downgraded mindcontroll are just about as scary as a crab man with two pincer arms.
IF...IF the Siren does not get anything in return for all the nerfing. I have not thought this through entirely, but one improvement could be that the siren regenerates some will points at the start of every turn to avoid it draining its WP by frenzying every round till it encounters the PP soldiers. (Granted not all of them do, but if enough allies are in their proximity they tend to use that more than once thus draining their WP pre mindcontrol, making them susceptible to "riposte-mindcontroll").
Or mindcontrolling an enemy that mindcontrolls someone does simply function as a "break mindcontroll" that effectively ends the mind controll but does not grant controll over said enemy unit. That at least would at least keep the Priest from becoming overpowered.
I am sure you will do a wonderful job and probably already have considered those things. But since nerfing the siren to much seems to be a pretty slippery slope concerning the overall game balance, I just thought I should share anyway.
Thanks for your consideration

also if a siren with a controlled unit gets shot in the head twice, to the effect of mind control skill disabled - mind control does not cease immediately, unit still remains in control until the next turn
