show secondary stats of soldiers

Problem: there is no way to check secondary soldier stats (accuracy, stealth, perception) on base. You can see these stats only on separate equipment items or during battle mission if you press "info" on soldier.
Proposal: show secondary stats summary on equipment tab on base. I want to see how the change of the equipment affects my soldiers.

Vit Barta: Let me say that the new screen is a great step forward, it makes managing soldiers or simply glancing at them far easier. Of course, with any major UI rework some new issues may arise that didn't previously exist, but the work done here is really good.

If I'm not too late, I'd like to see added (or please tell me where I can find it in the current screens) an information about "stats after skills", I mean I may have a unit with 10/20 speed, but then have a skill that adds 2 to the speed, hence I should see 12 somewhere; and the same applies to skills that detract stats.
A little less important, but still worth it, even stat buffs / debuffs from gear would be good to see.
The best would be something like:
stat (i.e. strength) total=##
base speed: 10
spped from skills: -2
speed from gear/equip.: 2 (+20%)
