Experiments Continue crash/freeze

PS4, Europe, game crashes (freezes) during specimen 0 mission. When mission is almost complete. This game is a buggy mess. Never seen a game with this many issues. Can I have a refund? I have wasted so much time and lost progress. I have to do every mission 3 or 4 times over. It crashes during or at end of almost every mission. Disgracefully bad. Even trying to save to avoid crashes makes the game crash ffs. Wtf man.

I also bought it PS4 in the UK. As a tip, i contacted snapshot support via email, i was polite and stated that the condition of the game was not acceptable and did not work to a playable state. I asked for a refund if possible. They could not, however they did offer me a steam key with extra DLC on the side which i have heard is much more stable.
I know this may not help you if you don't have a decent PC and this game on consoles 100% should be fully refunded. But it is better than nothing and if nothing else it could be gifted to a friend if you can't use it.
They also responded within like 30 minutes, then later 2 minutes to my reply.
The key word is being polite still and it isn't the supports fault, i also don't think they HAVE to give anything. So polite (but firm) is the best way.

Luke Hartley: Thanks mate. I get what you are saying. I didnt really care about a refund though. Was more making a point. I think its unbelievable how they are still releasing DLCs for this game on console and charging for them, even though they know the console versions do not work and never have. They don't care. When this happens there should be a watchdog that removes game from store until they fix it. What kind of store knowingly sells broken products. Only way is to vote with my feet and never buy anything from this company again. Even XCOM 2 wasn't this buggy. Ill just go back to playing that.
