Make aircrafts add to military power of the haven they are stationed in

Currently military power of havens adds up from 1) haven population, 2) training facilities and 3) nearby havens.
My suggestion is to add +3 military power if the haven has an aircraft stationed in it.
Proposed results:
1) Player would be a little bit less motivated to steal an aircraft knowing it is going to undermine that haven's ability to defend.
2) Faction aicrafts moving across the map would be less meaningful and may be seen by player as relocation of faction military power.
You may say that the aircrafts are unarmed in the current version of the game, so they can't be seen as gunships. However they can surely be used as scouts and to deploy and evacuate soldiers at battlefield, so they can still contribute to battle in some ways.

This would definitely help the havens interact with the map in a more significant way. I would also like to see the aircraft interact by sending the aircraft with a strike force to react to the surrounding area. If a faction haven is being attacked the aircraft should move there to help defend. If a phoenix point base or resource collection point is being attacked and is allied it should move to the base in order to assist with defending it with NPC units. It would also be interesting to have the factions move the aircraft to nests/lairs and scavenging sites. If you land on there you would do the mission with strike force on the map which would either help you if allied, try to grab resources before you did/respond if attacked if unallied, or start a 3 way fight if they are unfriendly. I think this would be more interesting if the strike teams were unable to be controlled by the player due to their being a specialized unit so them being on scavenging missions could be a detriment since they would be grabbing resources for their own havens. This could also make the training districts more important since this is where aircraft would replenish their soldiers.
I also think air craft shouldn't be visible unless you have allied with the faction, are on the same location as the air craft, or have a satellite uplink covering the location. This would help with the air craft farming and be more logical.

Also I have not seen military power being at all predictive of the forces you will fight or the ally forces you will find in battle when you join a haven defense. Please fix this, or explain it better.

As an addition the AI should react to haven attacks and send an aircraft when a haven is attacked and had none. It would also make havens a bit more resistant and give the factions a tool to help themselves.

MadSkunky: I thought it already did? Certainly seen what looked like a haven attack response from a nearby haven with an aircraft. Of course, possible it was just a coincidence.
