Remove Dash being stopped on enemy sighting

This has been requested by many people on reddit and your forums for a while now, but no entry about it here.
Dash should not stop when you discover new enemies, only when your path would make you bump into one. When we spend 4 WP and 1 AP we are sure we want to get there.
Dash is often used to get next to that enemy behind the wall that you only got the hearing marker on, we don't want our soldier to stop until he is right where we told him/her to go.

Units are no longer interrupted while they are using the Dash ability.
Fixed a performance issue before activating the Dash ability on certain maps.

Should be included in the next patch. Dash will not be stopped on the enemy sighting. We will also fix occasional performance issue with Dash when sometimes it takes a few seconds before the dash is executed.

Normal sprint should be interrupted and Dash should never be interrupted.
