See all units before you buy them

The ability to look at soldier before we buy them would be nice. Sometimes I have the option of the same class from the 2 different sources and it would be nice to see what personal abilities and mutations they have. I tend to avoid Cult of Anu units because if they bad mutations there is nothing, I can do about it.
A way to see all available recruits on a menu instead of scrolling all over the globe, Then have move ship to location with a ship selection drop down

The scrolling menu is a must, I hate to have to go through havens to check out candidates.
It has to also indicate when that candidate will expire/be replaced and have locators for the haven like in the pop-up where you choose the location of a newly built ship.

Another option could be if could pay a percentage of the full recruitment cost in order to see a given recruit's perks.
Mark Richards
I wouldn't want to see the random perks. Ultimately, this would limit until variety.

It could be interesting to get more details about a potential recruit as your relationship with a given faction improves.

I am not concerned about having a global listing since it fits into the narrative of a global breakdown. I would assume communication would be one of these breakdowns. On the menu idea: Perhaps once the haven has been visited it could be added (thus communication being established).
However, I completely agree with being able to see the Soldier you want to bring on board your team. It is ridiculous not to be able to see the individual as you are on station. "Here is my $___, take my money and give me whatever you want," said no investor, ever.
