Upgrade Haven Diplomacy depth

Make that having a good diplomacy in a haven allow you to get new interactions like:
-Discount in trading;
-More volunteers to recruit;
-Ocasionally get some resources gifts;
-Get special missions to improve relations with the Major Faction;
-If in high diplomacy, they can have a chance to deploy in mission near their haven to assist you.
That would need that Haven Leaders make requests/missions to you, to you be able to increase your reputation(its in another ticket)

Would be great but we would need far more ways to influence haven standings with us.
For example by giving them resources or equipment.
Or making a promiss to protect the haven from attacks (those could be from other haven's also not only pandorans)

My vision: There are influence points, there are faction trust points Influence points are earned and spent on various services: additional supply of resources, purchase of respect from faction leaders. Trust points are how much the faction trusts the Phoenix project. TRUST CAN BE EARNED, BUT IT CAN BE LOST FOREVER, for example, by systematic attacks on a faction. In each mission, the leader of the shelter says "thank you for your help, how to thank you". Answer options: Tell Tobias West about us (Trust), Give us resources(resources), Ask for a favor later (influence). Also, points are earned in random missions. You can make a branch of research for the foundation of the "post-apocalyptic UN" to unite humanity (to get materials on the Pandoran infection that will prove a threat to all of humanity, mistakes in the ideology of each faction and the formation of a synthetic ideology).

It would be interesting to call a joint operation on a pandoran nest/lair/citadel raid or call for help when base is being attacked. This would have a to have a cost associated. Maybe food materials and tech plus rekitting all AI soldiers for what they used in the mission.

Individual havens should have passive effects of you have high enough standing eg a haven will heal troops, or repair aircraft, or produce a certain resource as long as you have an aircraft parked with them, sell a discounted faction-specific item, etc

I second this idea.

Excellent ideas.
For Synedrion at least, you could also calculate the overall faction standing as an average of haven standings.
For the authoritarian New Jericho or the hierarchical Anu followers it would be a bit out of character.
